Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how ElevenSpark's online 11+ course works and the rights that apply to purchases.
1. Your agreement
When you buy ElevenSpark, you enter a contract with the sole trader operating under the ElevenSpark name. Trader identification and contact details must be shown on the published website before sales begin.
2. Course and eligibility
ElevenSpark is an educational preparation platform for children aged approximately 9–11. A parent or guardian must purchase and manage the learner account. The course covers Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
3. Price and term
The standard course price is £189. An introductory price of £149 applies to the first 100 eligible completed purchases, subject to the checkout offer terms. The price payable is confirmed at checkout. One purchase provides access for one learner for 12 months from activation, with no automatic subscription renewal.
4. Account use
Keep sign-in credentials confidential and ensure the account is used by the registered learner under appropriate supervision. Do not resell, copy or distribute paid course materials except where permitted by law.
5. Digital content and cancellation
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. For digital content supplied immediately, the checkout will ask for any express consent and acknowledgement legally needed before supply begins during the cancellation period. The rules differ depending on whether a supply is digital content, a service or a mixed contract. Your order confirmation will explain the applicable cancellation position. If any legal requirement is not met, statutory cancellation rights continue to apply.
6. Faults, support and refunds
If digital content does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as appropriate. Please contact support with the order reference and a description of the problem. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights.
7. Educational scope
ElevenSpark supports independent 11+ preparation; it does not guarantee exam scores, admission or suitability for every school's entrance arrangements. Parents are responsible for checking individual school requirements.
8. Availability and changes
We may carry out maintenance and security updates. We will not remove material paid features or reduce your statutory rights without an appropriate remedy. If we make significant changes affecting your purchased service, we will notify you.
9. Intellectual property
The ElevenSpark name, original explanations, diagrams, questions and educational resources remain the intellectual property of their rights holders. Your purchase gives personal educational access, not permission to redistribute the content.
10. Complaints and contact
Use the Contact page for technical problems, account access, billing and formal complaints. This contract is subject to applicable UK consumer law; mandatory consumer protections are not restricted by these terms.
